Buying a Mattress from Sleep Store USA

One of the things that we’re delighted to say is that buying a mattress from us isn’t really any more complicated than buying one anywhere else. This is a business, after all. We want to serve you, and we want to make a profit. We’re not going to go out of our way to make this a difficult process.

If you live in Las Vegas, you can come to the actual warehouse to pick up your mattress. If you are not a resident, you can place an order with us online.

And here’s the thing. We want you to enjoy this mattress. We want you to make sure that this is the best possible fit for you and your partner. So to start with, we give you 90 days to sleep on it. Test it out. See if it’s a good fit for you and your partner so that you’re both getting a good night’s sleep.

We consider this an in-home trial period. And if at any point during these first 90 days you feel that the mattress isn’t right for you, that’s fine! We’ll take it back, and you’ll have your money back within 15 days, courtesy of the payment method you used to pay for the mattress. Be careful with this, though. In order to get the money back, the mattress has to be boxed up and shipped back before the 91st day of your ownership.

Also, the money that you get back is going to be for the mattress itself, so it won’t cover the shipping fees... unless you ship it back within the first 30 days.
