Sleepin’ Warm

It gets COLD out here at night. Which is amazing because it gets so ridiculously hot during the day. But that’s not a real comfort when it’s time for bed. No, for night time it’s all about the blankets.
Sure, I could waste energy and consequently money on using the space heater every night, or I could curl up in a brand new set of sheets and a nice big fluffy comforter. Thing is, we’ve got a lot of pets. And pets tend to ruin that top sheet over time.

Nobody likes a ratty comforter, so we are often in the market for a new one when it just gets to be too much.  Thankfully, our local Sleepys has some really nice sets for well under a hundred. So we’re picking up this really nice but basic 3 piece set to try to survive the rest of the winter/spring until summer

Allergy Remedies: Bedding?

If you’re like me, you have allergies. A lot of allergies. If you’re like me, you do everything you can to reduce your symptoms as much as possible, too.

Something I had never considered before recently was hypo-allergenic bedding. There’s actually a whole line of products designed just for people like me who need all the help they can get living a life free of stuffy sneezy allergic reactions.
